    To participate in the auction, we place a $900 deposit, allowing you to bid and purchase a car at a great price.

  3. Car Payment

    Payment for the winning bid is made according to the invoice issued from the USA via SWIFT transfer. The payment process takes only 15 minutes and is completely secure.

  4. Shipping the Car

    After winning the car, it is transported to a port storage lot, where detailed photos are taken. The car is then loaded into a container and shipped to Ukraine. Payments for domestic transportation in the USA and shipping to Ukraine are made at this stage.

  5. Parts Selection

    While the car is in transit, our specialists start selecting and delivering the necessary parts for your car to speed up its readiness for operation.

  6. Receiving at the Port

    When the container arrives at the Odessa port, our freight forwarders open the container, prepare all necessary documents, and arrange delivery of the car for customs clearance.

  7. Customs Clearance

    Our experienced customs brokers prepare all necessary documents, conduct vehicle inspections, and coordinate optimal conditions with customs authorities for fast and cost-effective clearance.

  3. Verification for Duty-Free Customs Eligibility

    Sometimes the actual engine size may not match the auction description. We carefully check the car's compliance with duty-free customs requirements to avoid additional costs and complications.

  4. VIN History Check

    We use specialized services to perform a detailed history check of the car using its VIN number. This helps uncover hidden defects and provides insights into the vehicle's usage.

  5. Selecting Cars with Repairable Damage

    Using experienced mechanics and auction knowledge, we select cars with damage that can be feasibly repaired. We assess the extent of damage from photos and estimate repair costs.

    We compare the stated auction price with the actual value using specialized tools. This ensures fair pricing and avoids overpayment.

  7. Compliance with Euro 5 Emissions Standards

    We check if the car meets Euro 5 standards, as non-compliance can complicate registration in Ukraine.

To qualify for preferential customs clearance under Ukraine Law №3251, the following conditions must be met:

The car's production date must be no later than January 1, 2010.

Engine size: up to 3000 cc for petrol engines and up to 2500 cc for diesel engines.

The car must meet Euro 5 environmental standards.

Only cars meeting these requirements can be cleared under preferential terms, significantly simplifying and reducing the cost of customs clearance.

The deposit ensures the obligations of both parties during the auction process. If we purchase a car as agreed and for any reason you are unable to pay or refuse the deal, the auction imposes a penalty equal to the deposit amount.

If you decide not to participate in the auction before it begins, the deposit will be fully refunded. If the car is successfully purchased and you are ready to pay, the deposit amount is credited towards the car's price or our services.

Delivering a car from the USA to Ukraine involves two main stages:

  • Transporting the car from the auction to a US port.
  • Shipping from the US port to Ukraine.

We ship cars from several major US ports, optimizing domestic transportation costs. Delivery from the auction to the US port costs between $250 and $800, depending on location, and takes 2 to 5 days. We aim to choose cars closer to ports to reduce costs.

The shipping cost and time from the US to Ukraine depend on the chosen port of departure. Below are current details for 2024:

Once the car arrives in Ukraine, you need to pay for the following:
  • Freight forwarding and brokerage services: Includes unloading, moving the car within the port, parking fees, and necessary paperwork and inspections. Total cost is about $1300.
  • Customs fees: Average 35% of the car's calculated value (purchase price plus delivery cost). In some cases, we conduct a value assessment to reduce fees.
  • Transportation to your city: Costs $150–$250, depending on the distance.
  • Repair costs: Estimated individually based on the car’s condition and required repairs.
  • Car certification: Costs $300–$400, but can reach $1000 for models with specific features. Contact our specialists for details.
  • First-time registration in Ukraine: Registration tax depends on the car's customs value:
    • Up to $9250: 3% tax.
    • $9250–$16600: 4% tax.
    • Over $16600: 5% tax.
    Service center fees for registration: 2000 UAH.
