    After the vehicle purchase is confirmed, it is transported to a port storage lot, where detailed photos are taken. The car is then loaded into a container and shipped. Payments for domestic transportation in the USA and shipping are made at this stage.

  5. Parts Selection

    While the car is in transit, our specialists start selecting and delivering the necessary parts for your car to speed up its readiness for operation.

  6. Receiving at the Port

    When the container arrives at the Odessa port, our freight forwarders open the container, prepare all necessary documents, and arrange delivery of the car for customs clearance.

  7. Customs Clearance

If you decide not to proceed with the vehicle purchase before the process begins, the deposit will be fully refunded. If the car is successfully purchased and you are ready to pay, the deposit amount is credited towards the car's price or our services.

Delivering a car from the USA involves two main stages:

  • Transporting the car from the purchase location to a US port.
  • Shipping from the US port.

We ship cars from several major US ports, optimizing domestic transportation costs. Delivery from the purchase location to the US port costs between $250 and $800, depending on location, and takes 2 to 5 days. We aim to choose cars closer to ports to reduce costs.

The shipping cost and time from the US depend on the chosen port of departure. Below are current details for 2026:

  • Customs fees: Average 35% of the car's calculated value (purchase price plus delivery cost). In some cases, we conduct a value assessment to reduce fees.
  • Transportation to your city: Costs $150–$250, depending on the distance.
  • Repair costs: Estimated individually based on the car’s condition and required repairs.
  • Car certification: Costs $300–$400, but can reach $1000 for models with specific features. Contact our specialists for details.
  • First-time registration: Registration tax depends on the car's customs value:
    • Up to $9250: 3% tax.
    • $9250–$16600: 4% tax.
    • Over $16600: 5% tax.
